Return Process

  Log into your SAX account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or RMA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
